2. Restaurant Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the menu data, pricing, and restaurant information provided on the platform. Qrdar is not liable for any discrepancies in dining bills resulting from incorrect owner input.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Failure to renew a subscription may result in limited access to advanced features or KDS synchronization.

4. Platform Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Qrdar is not liable for any losses incurred during temporary system maintenance or unforeseen server downtime.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards or engage in illegal activities using our platform.
